Sunday Ticket to Stay On Direct TV

You may have already heard the news, the NFL Sunday Ticket package is going to stay on Direct TV.   Last week, the NFL and Direct TV announced a four year, $4 billion dollar extension.   The crazy thing about the deal is that it includes strike insurance, meaning Direct TV still has to pay the NFL if there is a strike or a lockout, which might happen in 2011.  The news that Sunday Ticket is staying on Direct TV is disappointing for Dish Network and cable TV customers.  These folks will still be unable to subscribe to the full Sunday Ticket package.
