not had much time to talk
I’ve not had much time to talk about the R4 recently because I’ve had such a bad back that I haven’t been able to sit at my computer. I can tell you that it has been quite a problem for me. I find that I need to stuff a pillow down my back so that it doesn’t hurt when I’m sitting at my computer chair. It’s getting a little bit dark now so I think I’m going to have to go out for a run very soon. It’s easy to stay in and just play with my R4 all day but I should really do something good for my body.
