Job Security and Sun Java Certification
Despite the career enhancing qualities inherent in sun java certification training, professionals who achieve certification are not necessarily transient in their career or movement. In fact, there is growing evidence that the opposite is true. The practice of employer funded certification programs may have led to increased loyalty. Certification Magazine’s salary survey has indicated that a great many of the subjects in their study remained in their current job after they achieved certification. Also, there appeared to be an increased sense of job security as a direct result of attaining certification.
