Call center flow
Have you noticed lately how much easier it is to call into an internet company or even the DMV and get assistance? It used to be so tedious that people would rather have dealt with the problems they were having than to aggravate themselves with calling tech support or customer service. Most people in fact would, if they did call in hit the zero key and pray that was the command to speak to a live person. Those days are well and gone I think as new call center technology is really impressive and makes people feel more at ease when calling tech support. The ability to just speak to the computer is much nicer.
