Volunteering is never in vain
It is as if some students have been preparing to volunteer abroad free since childhood, due to encouragement from their parents. However, for many others, although they like to help people, they did not find it especially easy to adapt to a new culture. Some had not made volunteering their time and energy their goal. Why, then, had they volunteered? Because they were willing to fill a need. They were willing to move away from the comforts of their homes and go to an area where they could help people who needed the help. A volunteer’s efforts are never in vain. There are rewards.
