Tampa probate attorney sold our beach condo
Real estate in the Tampa, Florida market has declined big time. For over 2 years real estate properties have declined every month and are at a recession / depression level. But there is good new we hired a Tampa probate attorney about 2 and a half years ago to sell my mom’s beachfront condo. The price the probate attorney got was amazing right at the top of the market. He sold it for $2.1 million. I went back and looked at the property last month it is on the market again. But the price is only $800,000 and at that price I am tempted to buy it back. But maybe I should call my Tampa probate attorney first?
