Frequent Teacher Workshops
There are times when my nephews and neices do not have classes and when I ask them, they tell me that their teachers are engaged for Teacher Workshops. I know how importance these workshops are as teambuilding is important to corporate employees.
Actually, there are many reasons for teacher workshops. It can be for teambuilding purposes, other is update on teaching methods, while others can just be as simple as planning for the next school year or it could be the yearly retreat. But whatever it is, teachers always seem to be refreshed after the workshop. So students always appreciate the fact that the teachers are kinder plus the fact that they do not have any classes on the day of the workshop.
