There is no doubt that a wonderful wedding can be had for very little money. My own daughter’s recent wedding, for example, was moderately priced. We had a great Christchurch wedding venue in a good location that was big enough for all our guests and while I balked at the price of the reception menu, we went ahead and it was a great day. But there are parents of the bride out there who would regard me as parsimonious and would insist on paying the top dollar for their child’s wedding day. Well, as a father of the bride, I can assure you that is ffine by me. There are some wonderful reception venues available here in the Garden City, and a bride could take a host of happy memories with her from any one of them.
