Madge’s friends to the rescue
Poor Madge lost everything on the ground floor of her house when it was flooded recently. I felt so sorry for her, it must have been devastating to lose so much. Now that her home has been dried out and re decorated, she is having a little party to thank all her friends, family and neighbours for all their help during her rough time. I have bought her a lovely set of contemporary cutlery and I do hope she likes it. We have all bought her things that will replace some of what was lost and she doesn’t know anything about it as it is a surprise. Can’t wait to see her little face!
