My husband sells real estate and he has sold million dollar homes to football players. On several occasions, I would tag along to the home showings to see how the rich and famous live. Some people seem to think that the kitchens and baths are selling points for women, but beautiful bedrooms are certainly selling points as well. Then again, homes costing millions of dollars are usually professionally decorated. So, if you need decorating ideas, why not take advantage of weekend open house. Most experienced agents are not high pressure sales persons and if you say that you are “just looking”, they will give you your space.
