weight loss diets: don’t be restricted

Losing weight is a long-term commitment, not just something that can be taken care of in a couple of weeks. So, to be sustainable it has to be done in a way that fits comfortably with your life. Restrictive weight loss diets put far too much pressure on people who want to lose weight. Only you can know what will work best for you. The best way to find what is right for you is to take one step at a time. For example, you could start by making one small simple change to your diet and doing a few minutes of excercise every day - nothing too dramatic. You can then build on this at your own pace. And don’t forget to give yourself credit for your achievements. Losing weight will benefit you in many, many ways so enjoy them to the full.
