How much echinacea should I take?
I am trying to find ways to strengthen my immune system so that I am less likely to come down with all of the colds and viruses that my kids bring home from preschool and play dates. I hate being sick all winter, so I am trying to avoid it. I hear that echinacea works well for this purpose, so I want to start taking it. Can anyone tell me how much I should take each day? I don’t want to take any more than I have to, so I want to know what is the lowest effective amount, and which brand I should use.
