Fitness Exercises For Women - Muscles Without Bulk

Most women don’t want to look like the female version of Arnold Schwarzenegger (in his physical prime…). But is this really a valid concern?

For most women, the answer to that question is no. Women tend to build muscle much less than men. Our hormones aren’t tailored to bulk muscle. This is not to say all women are going to respond this way, only most. Some women do in fact build muscle quite quickly. They have to be more careful about how they do fitness exercises for women.

Generally, you’ll be safe if you go for medium weight, and more reps. If you’re really worried, go for a lighter weight. But you’ll still want to build some strength because it really helps prevent osteoporosis. And it’s a great beauty tonic! If you’re worried about getting a drawn kind of look on your face, there’s even facial exercises you can do so that your face looks fuller (and younger).
