Cooking With The Lodge Logic Cast Iron Wok

The Lodge cast iron wok is a typical Asian wok. It is flat bottom instead of round like the Chinese wok. Its geat advantage is its heavy weight, thus it does not topple easily compared to lighter woks in the market. A dish of good stir-fry involves constant tossing and turning of the food in the wok, using a spatula. With its graceful rolled edges, heat is more evenly distributed throughout the wok. A wok needs to be seasoned and the pre-seasoned Lodge Logic wok saves you the trouble of personally doing it yourself. Cleaning is hassle-free, the wok being non-stick.
