In the Sizzling Hot Real Estate Deals Coming Soon section of the Maria Gudelis real estate web site I came across a mention for short sales, and I was interested in finding out more about this and what it means. Is this like selling short in the stock market? And is this really a good deal, or is it a way that you can end up risking a lot of money? Can anyone tell me more about short sales in real estate and what it involves? Is this an accepted practice? I am really curious about what this means now that I have seen this mentioned.
