Exactly one year ago, Innovative Realtors opened its doors in Marina Del Rey. And the Real Estate in Maria Del Rey has never been the same. Innovative’s new concept in residential , income and commercial real estate was developed by real estate veteran Steve Aguilar, owner of the former Boardwalk Realty. With the new concept came the need for a new name.
