Listening to your customers
In the restaurant business especially, there is nothing more important than listening to feedback from your customers. People are very quick to relay negative experiences to everyone they talk to, and will often refuse to return. At Burger King, complaints are taken very seriously. There are several ways to share your opinions, from talking with the staff and managers right there at the restaurant, to calling in a survey with information from your receipt. In addition, you can write the company or go on-line to discuss your concerns. Burger King is excellent at responding to complaints and doing whatever they can to repair the situation and offer a better experience the next visit.
