In A Pince For Office Space: Call Office-Planet.
Yesterday, I had a long, and detailed conversation with a business associate of mine who’s found himself in quite a quandary.
It seems the office space he’s currently leasing is being sold at the end of the month and the new owners will not be renewing any of the current contracts.
Their plans are to renovate the space to sell as condominiums.
Nevertheless, after we spoke for a while, I told him to give a quick call to the London Office-Planet location to see if they had any Serviced-offices-in-Mayfair.
Being one of the largest office service companies in town, odds are they could find him new space fairly quick.
