How do I know if I am eligible?
It seems like everywhere I go I am being told how great it is to consolidate student debts. I get letters in the mail all the time from companies wanting to help me consolidate all my student loans. I don’t even know if I am eligible for this, let alone whether or not I want to do it. Is there somewhere I could go on the internet to find out more information and see whether or not this might be a good option for me? I have heard that sometimes you can end up paying more after consolidation and I don’t want to end up doing this.
