Great Symbol for Your Business

You have a great symbol for the products.  I would suggest you see about getting that symbol registered as your trademark for your business and product.  If you register it then no one can take your trademark.  If they do then they would have to answer to an infringement suit.  If you have answers to trademark questions, then I would suggest also that you search the Internet for a website that deals strictly with trademarks, registering for them and possibly to check if someone has a trademark exactly like yours or even similar.  You don’t want to have to answer to that years later.
