Dedication and Enterprise Event Management
A process whereby support can be given after an adverse event occurs in an effort to ensure that good communication and appropriate documentation occurs is called enterprise event management. It is important to have an event management policy in your office and to educate your staff on the process. Enterprise event management is a very detailed and time consuming role. If you don’t like detail or wearing multiple hats, then enterprise event management is likely not for you. It is explored at a variety of levels from the local to the national and international. The modules are a mixture of the practical, for example the organization and design of events, and the more theoretical, for example mega-events.
