Left hand drive cars, or lhd cars for short, can be a bit tricky for people used to driving on the other side of the car. The experience of driving on the “wrong” side of the road can be very frightening. I’ve found that the most difficult part of driving on the ‘other’ side of the car is making turns. When I first starting driving a left hand drive car, I was constantly turning into the wrong lane. I nearly had several fatal accidents. Only the panic of my passengers saved us. THank goodness, I’ve since gotten used to driving this way.
